RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We are happy to replace faulty paperback copies free of charge. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Domestic Australian paperback orders are charged AUD$10 for packing and tracked postage via Australia Post. The impact of the coronavirus virus on international aviation has resulted in delays and significant cost increases. International paperback shipments (tracked) via Australia Post can cost AUD$40 to AUD$60 for a single book (AUD$40 for US and UK). For this reason, some international customers may wish to buy a text based eBook of Musicians & Addiction from Kindle or other eBook retailers. Note that only the paperback is fully formatted with figures, photos and tables, and these prices are in Australian dollars, which has been falling against the US dollar. Due to delays we have experienced with Australia Post, we are using DHL for international shipments when we anticipate they will provide a faster and more reliable service. This comes at an increased cost but we are absorbing the increase.
